Motability Operations, the company that runs the Motability Scheme for over 800,000 disabled people across the UK, is looking for people to join its workforce at its vehicle refurbishment centre in Coalville.
With roles starting from December 2024, the company is looking to fill multiple positions across different areas as it gears up to open the state-of-the-art facility. The renovated facility prepares up to 35,000 vehicles per year, which are then resold, generating revenue to sustain the Motability Scheme.
Motability Operations has significantly invested in the development of the facility and the recruitment drive will fill newly created employment opportunities in the region, supporting local communities and contributing to economic growth. These new positions combine apprenticeship opportunities and roles for experience tradespeople and professionals who are looking to work with cutting-edge technology. Some of the roles that the company is looking to fill are Paint Technicians, Quality Control Inspector and Yard Operative.
