As we continue to put customers at the heart of everything we do, we are always looking for ways to improve their experience. That’s why we’ve updated our ‘find a car’ section so that it’s clearer, simpler, and easier to use. We listened to customer feedback and the new design follows best practices and guidelines around accessibility, so that all users will feel more comfortable navigating the new tool.
The new tool offers a wider range of filtering options, meaning customers can either view the full range of cars available, or simply select the type of vehicles they’re interested in looking at. Filters can be applied for manufacturers, fuel types, boot sizes, prices and more. By narrowing down options, customers can now feel more informed before contacting their local dealer to arrange their lease.
The highlights of the new car search tool include:
- Commonly used filters: By entering the ‘Find a vehicle’ page you’ll see some of the common filters often used when searching for a car. This is so customers can get started more easily and narrow down their options to find something suitable for their needs.
- Simpler search results: Cars are grouped by make and model, making it easier to see all the options that are available. After finding a model they’re interested in, customers can simply click through to find more information on the different specifications available.
- Useful information: When selecting a car, an overview of its most important details, such as fuel type, number of seats, gear type and more will be available to view.
- Adding favourites: Customers can now add a car they like to their ‘favourites’.
We will also be changing our search tools for Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs), scooters and powered wheelchairs over the coming months.
